- Basic salary of up to £33,000 per annum, with OTE earnings reaching £41,000
- Monday to Friday working week, with 1 in 3 Saturdays

- Managing all vehicle and customer documentation accurately and efficiently
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade, ideally within a franchise dealership
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong customer focus and a professional, friendly manner
- Knowledge of automotive systems and relevant dealership software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UK driving licence
