An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised Service Coordinator / Administrator to join a busy and dynamic maintenance and facilities team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting service delivery, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate information from operatives, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure all internal systems and databases are updated with relevant and accurate information.
- Respond to emails and manage shared inboxes in a professional and timely manner.
- Support management teams in planning and coordinating daily works schedules.
- Allocate operatives and subcontractors based on skill set, availability, location, and job priority.
- Monitor appointments and ensure works are completed efficiently while minimising travel time and downtime.
- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and assist with compiling monthly performance reports.
- Order materials and equipment as required.
- Escalate issues and provide feedback to management where necessary.
- Support the delivery of excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
Experience & Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of scheduling, coordination, or administration processes.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance or trade environments would be advantageous.
- Good geographical awareness and route-planning understanding.
Hours
- 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
