The Company you will be working for;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search to appoint an experienced Service Coordinator to join their expanding team on a full time and permanent basis. If you have the required skills and experience, please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing;

  • Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK & Ireland
  • Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns)
  • Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
  • Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems
  • Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish
  • Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registers
  • Keep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date
  • Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks

About You;

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Customer-first mindset and a helpful, can-do attitude
  • Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office is essential, SAP/Protean is a plus
  • Team player who also works well independently
  • Knowledge of H&S procedures and logistics across the UK & Ireland is a bonus
