Service Delivery Manager – Community Complex Care
Location: Wirral, Merseyside |Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 | Full-Time

Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking to make a real difference? Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee community homes supporting individuals with complex needs, autism, mental health challenges, and clinical care.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage teams, ensure compliance, and drive positive outcomes for the people in your care.

What You’ll Do:
⦁    Lead and support day-to-day operations across community homes 
⦁    Ensure compliance with CQC, Ofsted, and organisational policies 
⦁    Implement autism-informed, trauma-informed care, and positive behaviour support 
⦁    Safeguard and promote the welfare of individuals in your care 
⦁    Oversee smooth transitions and admissions for new residents 
⦁    Monitor team performance and drive professional development 
⦁    Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings 

What We’re Looking For:
⦁    Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role, or strong team leader ready to step up 
⦁    NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards) 
⦁    Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle 
⦁    Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills 
⦁    Patience, resilience, and a passion for delivering high-quality care
