We are recruiting for a fantastic and innovative software organisation based in Wakefield, who are looking to appoint a Service Delivery Coordinator to support their growing operations team.

This role will focus on ensuring a smooth and efficient service is delivered to customers, supporting onboarding, service coordination, reporting, and internal administration. The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, internal departments, and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the delivery of software and support services to customers
• Supporting customer onboarding and ensuring all records and documentation are accurately maintained
• Managing service schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met
• Producing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and operational data using Excel
• Monitoring customer requests, service updates, and ongoing support requirements
• Liaising with internal teams including customer support, account management, and technical teams
• Handling customer queries and providing timely updates and resolutions
• Supporting process improvements and maintaining high service standards
• Assisting with general administration and compliance-related documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience within administration, coordination, customer service, or service delivery
• Strong Excel skills and confidence handling data and reporting
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
