You'll be joining a dynamic and supportive IT team within a public sector environment, where technology plays a key role in enabling operational efficiency and service delivery. The team is committed to providing high-quality support and ensuring users get the most from their ICT systems.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a service desk or IT support environment.
- Handling incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
- Use of Active Directory (account unlocks, password resets, etc.).
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of networking and remote access (VPN, DNS, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
