Service/ Diagnostic Technician

A KA Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established, family-run main dealership to bring you this Service/ Diagnostic Technician role based in Preston. Working within a busy and clean workshop, you will be joining an extremely established business that is currently looking to expand the team due to business growth.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm on a rota basis. An excellent OTE of up to £40 k per year is on offer (depending on experience and with a clear earning growth as you progress)- this includes £2,000 signing-on bonus after successful completion of probation.

Job Duties Include:

  • Working on Services and Repairs of an established Brand
  • Dealing with MOT Preparations and Testing
  • Diagnostics on all vehicles
  • Dealing with Engines, Clutches and gearboxes
  • Keeping your work station clean

Requirements:

  • Qualified at Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds)
  • Main dealer experience essential, VWG preferred
  • Experience with Diagnostic is a must
  • Full licence with no more than 6 points
