Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Overview

Managing the service and maintenance division, ensuring smooth operations, scheduling, and KPI tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service desk and incoming enquiries
  • Schedule engineers and PPM works
  • Oversee key client accounts (multi-site portfolios)
  • Manage 2 service coordinators
  • Monitor KPIs and performance
  • Handle quoting and invoicing processes
  • Use SIMPRO system

Requirements

  • Engineering background
  • Experience managing service teams
  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Software competent (SIMPRO preferred
