Managing the service and maintenance division, ensuring smooth operations, scheduling, and KPI tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service desk and incoming enquiries
- Schedule engineers and PPM works
- Oversee key client accounts (multi-site portfolios)
- Manage 2 service coordinators
- Monitor KPIs and performance
- Handle quoting and invoicing processes
- Use SIMPRO system
Requirements
- Engineering background
- Experience managing service teams
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- Software competent (SIMPRO preferred
