Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 p.a.
A high-end, London-based commercial cleaning company is urgently seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee evening cleaning operations across multiple client sites. This is a field-based role focused on delivering exceptional service, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Site Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaning Operatives
- Coordinating staffing, rotas, training, and performance management
- Ensuring contract compliance, quality standards, and health & safety adherence
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and resolve service issues
- Conducting site visits, quality audits, and operational reporting
- Overseeing inventory control, COSHH compliance, and documentation
- Proven service or operations management experience (commercial cleaning/facilities preferred)
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Sound knowledge of health & safety and cleaning standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- IT literate (Microsoft Office and scheduling systems)
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
