Service Manager (Evenings) – Commercial Cleaning Location: London

Hours: 4:00pm – 1:00am, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 p.a.

A high-end, London-based commercial cleaning company is urgently seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee evening cleaning operations across multiple client sites. This is a field-based role focused on delivering exceptional service, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Site Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaning Operatives

  • Coordinating staffing, rotas, training, and performance management

  • Ensuring contract compliance, quality standards, and health & safety adherence

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and resolve service issues

  • Conducting site visits, quality audits, and operational reporting

  • Overseeing inventory control, COSHH compliance, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven service or operations management experience (commercial cleaning/facilities preferred)

  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills

  • Sound knowledge of health & safety and cleaning standards

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

  • IT literate (Microsoft Office and scheduling systems)

  • Spanish language skills highly desirable
