ServiceNow Developer

£60-£65 per hour (Inside IR35)
12-Month Contract
Hybrid Working - Soho, London

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-profile digital platform team supporting globally used content and partner management systems. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, business-critical applications used by internal and external stakeholders worldwide.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and technically strong ServiceNow professional who enjoys collaborating across multiple teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering high-quality platform solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow platform
• Provide technical expertise and best-practice guidance on ServiceNow capabilities
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Plan, estimate, and deliver platform enhancements and new functionality
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues

• 5+ years' experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong hands-on Service Portal development experience
• Excellent knowledge of:
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • AngularJS
  • Bootstrap
  • JSON
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • HTTP protocols
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform architecture
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed teams

• Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Experience within Scrum, Agile, or SAFe delivery frameworks
• Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based technologies

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Certification

• Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously

Contract Details

• Rate: £60-£65 per hour (Inside IR35)
