ServiceNow HR Business Analyst (HRSD)- Remote- Up to £75K plus bonus

My industry‑leading client is looking for a ServiceNow HR Business Analyst to join them and play a key role in their growing Employee Experience and HR function.

Acting as the voice of the business and end users, you'll shape requirements and support the delivery of ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) solutions, ensuring the right value is delivered at the right time.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, HR operations, and the wider business, and who can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables while maintaining a strong focus on improving employee experience and HR workflows.

My client is working across the ServiceNow HRSD platform, supporting integrations with systems such as Workday, Oracle, and Sage HR. They are delivering end‑to‑end transformation programmes, focusing on case management, employee portals, knowledge management, HR services, and workflow automation.

Essentially, you will act as the conduit between HR stakeholders, customer teams, and technical delivery teams. You'll lead requirements gathering, process mapping (current and future state), and workshop facilitation, and support delivery teams by translating needs into user stories, functional designs, and process documentation.

It's essential you have a strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and the broader HR lifecycle, alongside experience working on end‑to‑end implementations. This is not a hands‑on configuration role, it's focused on analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support.

You don't necessarily need to come from a pure Business Analyst background, you may have experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, HR Systems Analyst, or Product-focused professional, as long as you bring strong HR domain knowledge and ServiceNow exposure. A CIS HRSD certification would be highly beneficial.

You'll be confident in your approach and a strong communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. You'll be experienced in capturing requirements, mapping processes, and supporting delivery across multiple workstreams, often within Agile environments.

What I really like about this opportunity is the exposure it offers across the full sales-to-delivery lifecycle, with opportunities to contribute to proposals, workshops, and global transformation projects. It's a great environment for someone looking to continue developing within ServiceNow and HR transformation.

You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team that is passionate about HR, technology, and innovation, with clear opportunities for progression into more senior advisory roles.
