With a growing client base of complex, enterprise organisations, you'll be exposed to large-scale, meaningful projects while playing a key role in the continued evolution of their ServiceNow offering. This is a highly technical, hands-on position. You'll be deeply involved in building, configuring, and developing solutions within ServiceNow from day one, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and contributing to real business outcomes.

• Hands-on development across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM and SPM
• Designing, building and configuring workflows, integrations and bespoke solutions
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Supporting and resolving technical queries and platform issues
• Playing a key role in shaping best practice and technical direction

• Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer
• Strong background in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM and SPM
• Solid technical capability across configuration, scripting and integrations
• Strong JavaScript / Glide API experience
• ServiceNow CSA (essential) + at least two CIS certifications
