1x Shuttering Carpenter needed for Bicester

Location: Bicester
Rate: Negotiable
Duration: 3 days initially (potential return to strike once cured)
Hours: 7.30am to 5pm
Job Type: Temporary

Job Description:
Stridden Limited are recruiting for an established Civils & Groundworks Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter to work on a busy site in Bicester.

The successful candidate will work alongside one of the current site labourers to assemble a small deck within an existing slab opening. Works will also include accurately shuttering smaller openings within the deck, installing edge shutters, and carrying out some basic steel fixing including mesh and anti-crack bars.

Key Duties:
• Assembling a small deck within an existing slab opening
• Installing edge shutters
• Accurately shuttering smaller openings
• Basic steel fixing including mesh and anti-crack bars
• Working safely and efficiently on site

Requirements:
• Blue CSCS Card preferred
• Previous shuttering/formwork experience essential
• Own tools and PPE
• Basic steel fixing experience beneficial
• Must be physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Ability to commute to Bicester site reliably
