£13.85 per hour DOE (Typical weekly earnings approx. £730 (based on 48 hours)
+ Overtime at Time ½ + Pension + Other Benefits TBD

A national signage installation business is seeking a Fitters Mate to join their team in the Clacton-On-Sea area, supporting an established Sign Fitter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the installation of signage on-site
• Loading / unloading materials and preparing equipment
• Supporting health & safety compliance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, labouring, or installation preferred
• Willingness to travel and work away during the week when required
• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• CSCS card preferred; IPAF/PASMA advantageous

Hours & Pay:

• 38 hours per week
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Typical weekly earnings approx. £730 (based on 48 hours)
