About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part-Time Site Administrator to join their team on a contract basis in central Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to provide essential support to a busy site-based operation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site administration activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting site management and operational teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the site team
  • Managing and maintaining site documentation and records
  • Processing timesheets, attendance records, and other site-related paperwork
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Updating internal systems and databases accurately
  • Assisting with filing, document control, and compliance documentation
  • Supporting site managers with reporting and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating meetings and maintaining schedules where required
  • Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and compliant with company procedures


Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or site administration role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or site-based environments would be advantageous
