About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part-Time Site Administrator to join their team on a contract basis in central Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to provide essential support to a busy site-based operation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site administration activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting site management and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the site team
- Managing and maintaining site documentation and records
- Processing timesheets, attendance records, and other site-related paperwork
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Updating internal systems and databases accurately
- Assisting with filing, document control, and compliance documentation
- Supporting site managers with reporting and administrative tasks
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining schedules where required
- Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and compliant with company procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or site administration role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or site-based environments would be advantageous
