About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing renovation projects across Nottingham and Loughborough, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, tight programme control, and exceptional client satisfaction. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving, and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership - Oversee all on‑site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Renovation Management - Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules across multiple renovation projects.
• Deadline Delivery - Maintain tight control of timelines, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance - Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
• Stakeholder Communication - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear, consistent communication.
• Health & Safety Oversight - Ensure all site activities meet H&S requirements and promote a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager, or similar role within residential renovations.
• Strong track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations and H&S standards.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
