Due to the nature of this project, which is based on a high-security site, successful candidates will be required to undergo additional security screening. BPSS-level security clearance is mandatory, and the clearance process may take approximately 4–6 weeks.

Please note that only candidates who:

• Hold a passport from an EU, NATO, 5 Eyes, or MISWG member country, and
• Have continuously resided in the UK for the past 5 years

will be eligible for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Managing project programmes, commercial performance, and the effective utilisation of resources to meet delivery targets.
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Taking full ownership of project profit and loss, including:
  • Target cost control
  • Financial forecasting and reviews
  • Final cost and value reviews in collaboration with the commercial team
• Ensuring all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources are accurately recorded and managed.
• Delivering works in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Leading client interfaces and supporting successful project delivery across both technical and commercial aspects.
• Managing and leading technical teams within a fast-paced and competitive business environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• A relevant qualification such as:
  • Management Qualification
  • NVQ Level 3
  • HNC
  • Degree
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Previous experience working within reinforced concrete, groundworks, and civil engineering projects.
• Experience using Leica Survey equipment, including:
  • GPS
  • Total Stations
  • Optical Levels
  • Digital Levels
• Strong setting out and surveying capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ideally, candidates will be working towards Chartership or Incorporation with IStructE, ICE, or another recognised professional body.
