Site Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support a major drainage package on a long-term infrastructure project in Banbury. This is a 12-month contract with an immediate start, offering competitive day rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out for drainage works including pipelines, manholes, and associated infrastructure
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications and project requirements
• Interpreting technical drawings and providing clear direction to site teams
• Managing and maintaining site records, including as-built surveys
• Coordinating with subcontractors and site management to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on drainage or civil engineering projects
• Proficient with setting out equipment (e.g. total station, GPS)
• Strong understanding of drainage systems and infrastructure works
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
• CSCS card (essential)
• SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
