Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major infrastructure project in Bicester, delivering a long-term drainage package.

Key Details:

• Location: Bicester
• Duration: 12 months
• Rate: £300 – £400 per day (dependent on experience)
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Setting out for drainage works (deep drainage, pipelines, manholes)
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with design drawings and specifications
• Carrying out surveys and quality checks
• Producing and maintaining accurate site records
• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and management
• Supporting health & safety compliance on site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on drainage or civil engineering projects
• Strong setting out skills
• Competent with surveying equipment (e.g. Leica, Trimble)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• CSCS card (essential)
• SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
