We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Engineer to join a specialist groundworks and civil engineering subcontractor on a project in Richmond.

This is a long-term contract opportunity working on a fast-paced scheme delivering a range of groundwork packages.

Scope of Works:

• Drainage
• Foundations
• Services installation
• External works

Responsibilities:

• Setting out and surveying works on site
• Producing and maintaining accurate site records
• QA checks and as-built surveys
• Liaising with site management and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered to specification and programme

Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a groundwork or civil engineering subcontractor
• Strong setting out experience across groundwork packages
• CSCS card essential
• Own equipment preferred (uplift available for this)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
