Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visible, values-led leadership across Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental teams
  • Own site-wide strategy for buildings, utilities, energy systems, and site services
  • Drive environmental performance, CO₂ reduction, and energy efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance across HSE, environmental, and regulatory frameworks
  • Lead capital investment projects and infrastructure upgrades
  • Manage budgets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement plans

About You

  • Proven senior leadership experience within facilities, utilities, or environmental management in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of compliance, governance, and energy/environmental performance
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
  • Exposure to high-volume manufacturing, and experience with ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 frameworks, would be advantageous

Why Apply?

  • High-impact leadership role with full site responsibility
  • Opportunity to shape sustainability and carbon reduction strategy
  • Work within a complex, fast-paced industrial environment
  • Genuine scope to influence long-term business performance
