• Rate: £15.80.00 - £16.55 per hour (Dependent on experience/CIS)

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Labourer to join our dynamic site team to maintain clean, safe, and efficient sites of our leading developer in Wantage.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintaining site cleanliness, managing waste, and clearing plots to support the sub-contractors and site management team.
• Carrying out basic making-good tasks, minor carpentry adjustments, mastic touching-up, and protecting finished fixtures.
• Assisting with the safe unloading and distribution of building materials across the site.
• Ensuring all walkways and fire escapes remain clear and adhering strictly to site safety rules.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Valid CSCS Card Green Labourer
• Proven experience working as a Labourer on busy residential construction sites.
• Strong reliability, a hard-working ethos, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe cap boots).
