We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and punctual Site Labourer to join our team on a premium long-term residential construction project in Kidlington (OX5). Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled tradespeople (bricklayers, carpenters, and plasterers) on-site.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment by clearing debris and waste.
• Unloading, moving, and distributing heavy building materials across the site.
• Setting up and preparing work areas, including basic mixing of mortar or concrete when required.
• Following all health and safety guidelines strictly to ensure a safe site for everyone.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Green Labourer card is essential.
• Must have your own standard Personal Protective Equipment (Steel toe-cap boots, hi-vis vest/jacket, and hard hat).
• Previous experience working on a residential construction site is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic, physically fit for heavy lifting, and excellent reliability.
• Reliable transport to reach the site.
