Site Manager – Freelance (Long-Term Contract)
Location: Aylesbury Area
Rate: Negotiable Day Rate (DOE)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term freelance opportunity based around the Aylesbury area. This role is ideal for a driven and proactive professional with a strong background working on HS2 projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel

  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and project requirements

  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting

  • Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on HS2 or major infrastructure projects

  • Valid CSCS Card

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification

  • First Aid at Work qualification

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in landscaping, fencing, or arboriculture projects
