A leading construction and fit-out contractor is looking to appoint a Site Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit-out, refurbishment and minor building works projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, healthcare and education.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of projects from site set-up through to completion, managing subcontractors, maintaining quality standards and ensuring programmes are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations
  • Managing permits and temporary works where required
  • Producing and monitoring short-term programmes
  • Managing quality inspections, snagging and close-out procedures
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
  • Supporting commercial and programme objectives
About You
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager
  • Background in fit-out, refurbishment or commercial construction
  • SMSTS qualified
  • CSCS card holder
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willing to travel as projects require
