A leading construction and fit-out contractor is looking to appoint a Site Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit-out, refurbishment and minor building works projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, healthcare and education.
The RoleYou will take responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of projects from site set-up through to completion, managing subcontractors, maintaining quality standards and ensuring programmes are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations
- Managing permits and temporary works where required
- Producing and monitoring short-term programmes
- Managing quality inspections, snagging and close-out procedures
- Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Supporting commercial and programme objectives
- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Background in fit-out, refurbishment or commercial construction
- SMSTS qualified
- CSCS card holder
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willing to travel as projects require
