Site Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager in Cardiff.

Role Responsibilites - 

✔ Management of foremen and other site / block specific sub-contract on-site.

✔ Working closely with Commercial, Design & Quality and Health & Safety departments.

✔ Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standard and in accordance with RAMs.

✔ Ensure QA / QC is being carried out and recorded by ASM.

Skills & Qualifications - 

✔ CSCS Card

✔ SMSTS 

✔ Asbestos Awareness

✔ Facade / EWI experience is essential
