We’re working with a leading UK residential developer on a flagship scheme in Hertford, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team.
 
This is a major development comprising 400 apartments and 30 townhouses, delivered over a 3-year programme. Reporting into a Project Director, you’ll take full ownership of the townhouse element, playing a key role in delivering high-quality homes.
 
Your  Role:
  • Managing the full build process for the townhouse plots
  • Driving programme, quality, and health & safety
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
  • Reporting progress and performance to the Project Director
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding outside of London
  • Strong background in traditional build housing
  • Organised, driven, and confident managing your own section of works
  • A hands-on approach with high standards
  • Enjoys working in a process driven environment. 
What’s on offer:
