Job Title: Site Manager - Retail Refurbishment (11-Week Project)
Location: North London
Contract Type: 11 Weeks

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a live supermarket environment in North London. This is an 11-week fast-paced project involving internal upgrades, coordination of multiple trades, and strict adherence to health & safety and operational continuity.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail refurbishment projects (supermarket experience essential)
  • Strong understanding of working in live trading environments
  • Valid SMSTS certification
  • CSCS Black/Gold Card
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
