Site Manager

I am working in partnership with a well-established residential contractor to recruit a driven and ambitious Site Manager with a strong background in new build housing projects.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of new build residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain excellent standards across all phases of the build.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
• Maintain build quality in line with company standards
• Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within new build residential construction
• A steady and consistent career history (essential)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Motivated, ambitious, and keen to progress within a growing business
