We’re working with a reputable main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take full control of a cladding replacement project on a 7-storey mixed-use block in Tower Hamlets.

This is a No.1 site role, offering the opportunity to lead from the front on a fast-paced scheme with a clear programme and immediate start.

The Project

• Cladding replacement on a 7-storey building
• Mixed-use scheme with residential units on upper floors
• 18-week programme, starting in the next 2 weeks

The Role
You’ll be responsible for full site delivery, including:

• Managing programme and ensuring works are delivered on time
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client
• Overseeing all health & safety on site
• Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activity
• Driving quality and ensuring compliance throughout

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on cladding or façade projects
• Strong track record delivering projects in live or mixed-use environments
• Confident managing programme, stakeholders, and site teams
• Excellent understanding of health & safety and compliance
