About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to lead and deliver high-quality retail refurbishment and fit-out projects. Working on fast-paced commercial sites, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site activities from inception to completion, including subcontractors and trades.
  • Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead on-site meetings and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects High End retail projects.
  • Previously worked on projects at the airport. 
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (mandatory).
  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • IT literacy (email, reporting tools, etc.)
