Site Manager (Joinery) – Retail Fit-Out

Rates: Dependent on experience

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong joinery background to oversee a small retail fit-out project in East London.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations on a retail fit-out project
  • Oversee joinery works and coordinate subcontractors
  • Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Maintain health & safety compliance on site
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders

✅ Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail or fit-out projects
  • Strong joinery background is essential
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage short-term, fast-paced projects
