  • Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and temporary works to minimise disruption and maintain a clean, safe, and professional site at all times.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants, representing Copperstone to the highest standard.
  • Maintain all required site documentation including RAMS, inspection and test plans, waste transfer notes, and progress photographs.
  • Support the commercial team by identifying variations, flagging delay events, and providing accurate records to support cost reporting.
  • Mentor and develop junior site staff, fostering a culture of quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate — essential.
  • First Aid at Work certificate — essential.
  • CSCS Black (Manager) Card — essential.
  • Proven track record of managing luxury commercial construction projects from inception through to handover, with a minimum of 5 years in a Site Manager role.

  • Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and construction health & safety legislation.
  • Experience reading and working to detailed architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and schedules of work.
