Site Manager

A reputable housing developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a development in Teesside

The Role

• Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all work is completed to plan and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets company and industry standards.
• Manage site budgets, materials, and resources efficiently.
• Report regularly to senior management on progress, risks, and challenges.
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain positive relationships with clients

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in new build housing or residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Relevant qualifications SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid are essential

Remuneration:

• £250.00 per day
