Temporary Site Manager | Falkirk | 5-Week Refurbishment Project

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fire stopping and refurbishment project based in Falkirk.

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a hands-on manager who can keep programmes tight, paperwork sharp, and trades moving like a well-oiled forklift ballet. 🏗️

The Role

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live refurb project
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
• Coordinating fire stopping activities and general refurbishment works
• Maintaining site health & safety standards and site documentation
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and site teams to keep progress on track
• Ensuring quality standards and programme deadlines are met

Requirements

• Previous experience managing refurbishment projects
• Fire stopping project experience preferred
• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certification
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running

What’s On Offer

• £27.50 per hour CIS
• Approx. 5 weeks’ work
