Site Manager

Our client is an established high-end fit out and specialist contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering some of the most prestigious residential and hospitality projects across Europe. Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline, they are now looking to strengthen their London team with an experienced Site Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, collaborative working and delivering truly standout projects across the capital. Schemes range from ultra-prime residential refurbishments through to luxury hospitality environments, with project values reaching £50m.

You will play a key role in delivering high-end fit out and refurbishment projects across London, taking ownership of site operations and helping drive projects to the highest possible standards.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day site activities on luxury fit out projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, specialist trades and supply chain partners
• Driving programme, quality and health & safety performance on site
• Working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams
• Maintaining exceptional finishing standards throughout all stages of delivery
• Managing logistics, sequencing and coordination across multiple packages
• Leading site teams in a proactive, organised and positive manner
• Resolving challenges quickly and effectively to maintain programme and quality

• Proven experience delivering high-end fit out, luxury residential or hospitality projects
• Strong eye for detail and passion for high-quality finishes
• Comfortable working within fast-paced, client-facing environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on, solutions-focused and highly organised
• Enjoys working within a collaborative, multicultural environment
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
