Freelance Site Manager Required in Oxford
GVR Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them on a healthcare project in Oxford.
The Site Manager must be going out on site, capable of reading drawings, understanding sequences, and eager to push the project in the right direction.
Location: Oxford
Project: £8m Refurbishment of the UEC Ward – Urgent Elective Care
Duration: 6+ months
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £270 - £300pd
Requirements of the Site Manager:
- Proven experience delivering healthcare projects
- Strong background working for a main contractor
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management
- Ability to oversee day-today operations and subcontractors
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
