Site Manager (Gym Fit Out)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a premium new build gym fit out project in Kettering.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-spec internal fit out, following completion of the external cladding works, bringing the project through to a high-quality finish.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all on-site activities for the internal gym fit out
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure programme deadlines are met
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site
• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
• Overseeing quality control to ensure a premium finish throughout
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders
• Managing site documentation and reporting progress

✅ Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out / commercial / leisure projects
• Experience delivering high-end or premium finish projects preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
