💷 Rate: Excellent CIS Rates (Negotiable DOE)

Are you a driven and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in internal fit-out? We're looking for a proactive individual to take the reins on a 14-storey residential block of apartments in Walthamstow, overseeing works from 1st fix M&E and carpentry through to completion.

🔨 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all internal fit-out works from 1st fix stage
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
• Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality, and programme compliance
• Report progress regularly to the Project Manager
• Maintain daily site records and liaise with stakeholders

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience managing internal fit-out works on multi-storey residential projects
• Strong knowledge of 1st fix M&E and carpentry sequencing
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage schedules, subbies, and site logistics effectively
