Site Manager – South London

£45,000 – £50,000

We are working with a well-established contractor with a turnover of circa £50m, who are looking to bring in a Site Manager to oversee multiple small works projects across South London.

This role will involve managing 3–4 sites at any one time, delivering refurbishment and maintenance schemes typically ranging from £50k – £100k. These are fast-paced projects with quick turnaround times, so strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing 3–4 live sites across South London
• Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety
• Liaising with clients and reporting on progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment and maintenance
• Comfortable managing multiple small works projects at once
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (manual required)
• Able to travel across South London
