We have a forthcoming requirement for an experienced Site Manager to support weekend operations on a live factory project based in Cambridge.
This is a key role overseeing site activity during weekend works, ensuring safety, coordination, and smooth handover with the weekday delivery team.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise works within a live factory environment
- Manage and coordinate scaffolding and steel fabrication teams
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures
- Maintain clear communication with the main contractor and site team
- Oversee site operations to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently
Requirements
- SMSTS (essential)
- CSCS Card (preferred)
- Proven experience managing works in live/operational environments
- Strong understanding of HSE compliance and site coordination
- Experience supervising scaffolding and/or steelwork packages
