The Role:
We are looking for a strong, experienced No.1 Site Manager on nights to lead a major multi-million M&S refurbishment project in Dublin. This is a flagship scheme requiring a hands-on, organised manager with proven experience delivering M&S projects to the highest standards You must be prepared to stay over in Dublin and work away for the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for day-to-day site management as No.1 on nights

• Managing programme, quality, and health & safety on a live retail refurbishment

• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

• Liaising directly with the client and project stakeholders

• Ensuring strict compliance with M&S standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on nights on large retail refurbishments

• Previous M&S project experience essential

• Up-to-date M&S Simple Compliance required

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Willing and able to work away in Dublin
