Retail Fit-Out Site Manager (Nights) – Glasgow
Start Date: June
Duration: 9-Month Contract
Shift: Nights (10-hour shifts)
Rate: £350–£380 per shift (DOE)

We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a fast-paced project in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable professional with a strong background in retail refurbishments and fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities during night shifts
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring productivity and quality
• Maintain site health & safety in line with regulations
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team
• Keep accurate site records and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Availability to commit to a 9-month night shift contract
