Site Manager

Optima Site Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious high-end external cyclical decorations project in Marylebone, London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor working on premium residential and commercial properties, delivering high-quality external refurbishment and decoration works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site
• Oversee high-end external cyclical decoration works
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest standards
• Maintain site health and safety compliance
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Liaise with clients, residents, and project stakeholders
• Complete and maintain all required site documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Site Manager experience
• Experience managing high-end external cyclical decorations projects
• Valid SMSTS Certificate
• Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
• CSCS Card
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage programmes and deliver projects on time
