About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fire protection to oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple active sites. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest compliance standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.





Key Responsibilities

  • Site supervision - Lead and coordinate fire‑protection installation teams across active projects.

  • Health & Safety compliance - Ensure all works comply with UK fire safety regulations, RAMS, and company procedures.

  • Quality assurance - Conduct inspections, snagging, and sign‑offs to maintain high installation standards.

  • Client liaison - Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

  • Scheduling & reporting - Manage daily site records, progress reports, and workforce planning.

  • Material & resource management - Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and used efficiently.

  • Team leadership - Motivate and guide installation teams to deliver safe, compliant work.




Essential Requirements

  • Experience in fire protection (e.g., passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire doors, or sprinkler systems)

  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification

  • CSCS card

  • Strong understanding of UK fire safety regulations and construction site management

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Full UK driving licence




Desirable

  • FIRAS, IFC, BM TRADA, or similar third‑party accreditation

  • Experience managing multiple sites

  • Knowledge of digital reporting tools (e.g., FieldView, Procore)
