Site Manager Needed – Pitsea

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s team on a long term contract in Pitsea. The project involves the construction of a new hospital wing, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Role Details:

  • Project: New hospital wing build

  • Location: Pitsea

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site activities and subcontractors

  • Manage site safety, quality, and programme delivery

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and the client team

  • Maintain site records and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare or large construction projects

  • Background in Modular projects

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary works and First Aid certifications

  • Ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines

💷 Competitive day rate (depending on experience)
