My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a residential development in Salisbury. This is an immediate‑start position, ideal for someone who can step in and take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and ensure smooth project delivery

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

• Monitor progress, quality, and site documentation

• Report directly to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience managing residential construction sites

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)

• Ability to start immediately
