Site Manager – Retrofit / M&E

Location: Paisley, Renfrewshire
Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead a large-scale residential retrofit project in Renfrewshire. This is a site-based role managing subcontractors across civil, mechanical, and internal works within occupied buildings.

You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard while managing multiple trades and maintaining strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations and subcontractors across multiple workstreams
• Ensure health & safety compliance and lead site briefings
• Monitor programme and coordinate daily activities
• Review RAMS and oversee quality and commissioning processes

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering retrofit or refurbishment projects in occupied buildings
• Strong M&E or mechanical bias preferred
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)
• Temporary Works Co-ordinator experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills

The Opportunity
