Site Manager - Roofing

Site Manager – Roofing Project – Barnstaple – Start 4th May

We are currently looking to speak with an experienced Site Manager for a project in Barnstaple, starting 4th May. This role will focus primarily on a roofing package, so candidates with strong felt roofing experience are highly preferred.

The position will also involve overseeing associated builders work, internal decoration, and door replacements, so a hands-on manager with a broad refurbishment background would be ideal.

Scope of Works:

• Felt roofing works (primary focus)
• Associated builders works
• Internal decoration packages
• Door replacements / joinery elements
• Day-to-day site coordination and subcontractor management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on roofing/refurbishment projects
• Strong knowledge of felt roofing systems
• Experience overseeing internal finishes and builders works
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Available to start 4th May
