Site Manager – Freelance
Brighton, East Sussex
£30m Remediation Project | 2-Year Contract |

We are currently seeking an experienced and degree-qualified Site Manager to join a major £30 million remediation project based in Brighton, East Sussex. This is a long-term freelance opportunity offering a 2-year contract with weekly pay, working alongside an established site team on a high-profile scheme.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager and working under the guidance of the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of both internal and external packages across this complex remediation project.

Key Requirements:

• Degree qualified ideally in Construction Management or related discipline
• Proven career history working with Tier 1 Contractors
• Strong experience managing both internal and external packages
• Facade experience would be highly advantageous
• Experience working within live environments and dealing with residents is desirable
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site logistics
• IT proficient, including experience using digital snagging platforms such as Fieldview
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Essential Certifications:

• Valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work

The Role:

• Overseeing subcontractors and package delivery
• Managing quality, safety and programme on site
• Coordinating logistics and maintaining site standards
• Supporting the Project Manager with daily site operations
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently within a live environment

This role would suit a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is organised, technically strong and capable of maintaining high standards across a busy remediation scheme.
